ABS plate heat treating operations

ABS plate heat treatment, processing and conversion coating of lubricant is critical processes, the production capacity of ABS strip decided on by the amount of these processes. Except in the solid solution heat treatment process and annealing function, there should be producing T4P (pre-aging) status with the volume function, which is the production of heat strengthened ABS panels with a unique status.

ABS sheet chemical conversion treatment is an oxidation treatment in fluorozirconate / titanate mixture to produce a passive film on the aluminum surface, the quality of the base composition of chemical elements titanium, zirconium, aluminum, oxygen, fluorine, a film ~ 4mg/dm2, density 2.8g/cm3, thinner than the anodic oxide film, but much more than the thickness of the native oxide, a colorless or slightly blue color, good primary adsorption lubrication, has good corrosion resistance at the same time, ABS can be well protected in the shelf life of the strip (6 months) from corrosion.

However, the dry lubricant also wet spray may be roll coating, and after drying or curing, the lubricant film can be punched sheet metal to provide good lubrication condition for easy molding.
